Comedy & Commentary

This course will explore the use of comedy as an observational tool for daily phenomena in the life of students. Students will study comedy and prepare a short routine that may be delivered in the form of stand-up or news broadcast type presentations (e.g. Jon Stewart or John Oliver).

One or two local stand-up comedians will visit the group to discuss their craft. Our final product will be a short comedy routine.
