Positive Behind The Negative


We often feel sad or even angry, when we are going through “bad times”, also known as Negative Situations. We can let our mind be drawn into negative thoughts.


By pausing for a moment, breathing and calming our mind, perhaps we will be able to see that there is a positive thing behind a negative situation we are facing.

Sometimes it only needs us to see / think from a different perspective.
