UNIVERSITY & COLLEGE COUNSELLING (UCC)
Starting 1 May (and 1 November for the following examination session), candidates who have access to the IB candidate website can log on and check that their school will send their transcript to their chosen universities. Candidates need to log in and click on the ‘Transcripts’ tab to see this information.
The IB has simplified and extended the deadlines for submitting transcript requests on IBIS, which are now 15 June for the May session, for all countries. It can take up to two weeks to add a university to IBIS, therefore if you need to submit your IB results to your chosen university, do it before 14 June.
Requests must be submitted on IBIS before results are released (6 July for the May session). Any requests submitted after the deadline dates and prior to issue of results will still be processed; however, the IB cannot guarantee that the results will be sent in the first round of transcripts that are issued.
Requests made after results release must be submitted by the candidate directly using the transcript request form.
