🟤 Go Slow To Go Fast

Tick tock .. tick tock.. 

I watch the clock’s needle tick consistently and calmly. Can it be stopped just for a few minutes?

I know I should be focusing now, not watching the clock. But I can’t resist it. I wish that by watching intensively, the needle will stop, and so will the universe.

Tick tock .. tick tock.. 

Have you ever felt this way before?

You are not alone! This happens to me from time to time. Today I want to share with you a few strategies to deal with this situation that work for me.

🟧 Slow down.

This is the most powerful technique. If you only have a few more minutes before the bell rings and you are still at a distance, you might be experiencing a faster heartbeat, cold hands, and sitting in the car excitedly. What you need to do is slow down your breathing and stretch the minutes to make them feel longer.

🟫 Zoom Out.

You can easily feel overwhelmed when everything is on your face. So try to zoom them out—not too far, though. Zoom out until you can see them clearly from one end to the other. From there, you can start rearranging and prioritizing your tasks.

🟩 Walk it off.

Itching our heads and staring at the screen will not help. Go for a walk in the open space and get some fresh air. This can definitely calm you down. Believe it or not, with every step you take, you will find the answer (More Info).


ONCE.. YOU MASTER “GO SLOW, TO GO FAST”, you can achieve almost everything. You will be calmer and more focused on anything you do - better time management, emotional stability, being more proactive and creative, and many more.
