Meet the Chairs 

Delaney Carlsten

Hello delegates! My name is Delaney Carlsten and I am the President of Seekonk High School’s Model UN team. I am a senior and this is my fourth year in Model UN and taking part in Warrior MUN. I look forward to meeting you all in January!

Vincent Lastrina

My name is Vincent Lastrina and I have been in Model UN for three years. Outside of MUN I run Cross Country as well as indoor + outdoor track and have done theater for multiple years. Last year at Warrior MUN I was Co-Chair for the JCC Dunkin V Starbucks committee. I am really excited and can't wait to meet everyone.

Hello Delegates! My name is Emily Tonino and I am the secretary of the SHS Model UN Team. I am a junior and I have been part of various fun committees during Warrior MUN, I was part of the Dunkin v Starbucks crisis last year. I am a 3 season varsity athlete and I can't wait to meet you all!

Hello! I am Alecia Tavares, a current senior at Seekonk High School. I have been in SHS MUN since freshman year, and was co chair of the Boston Olympics Committee last Warrior MUN. I also participate in a ton of other activities like basketball, jazz band, and Key Club. I am so excited for this committee and can't wait to meet you all! 

Vera Maloney-Stevens

Hello delegates, my name is Vera and I am a junior at SHS. I have been in Model UN for three years and this is my first year chairing. I have been both a delegate and crisis at previous Warrior MUN conferences. I also play the saxophone and am in the symphonic band and jazz band. I am so excited to meet everyone and have an amazing time at Warrior MUN!

Hi delegates! My name is Zoe Osmanski and I am a junior at Seekonk High School. This is my second year in Model UN, last year I was involved in the Bretton Woods Committee. I can’t wait to see what Warrior MUNC XI will bring out in all of you!

Alex Shields

Hello delegates! My name is Alex and I will be chairing the Mean Girls committee! I am a junior and have been a part of Model UN since my freshman year. Previously, I have been a part of committees like the Native American Affairs and Environmental Protection Agency committees. Aside from MUN, I am a competitive dancer and I am a Co-President of SHS Key Club! I can’t wait to meet you all soon!
