The pine tree is the typical tree species for Gyimes.

The newly planted silver firs, with their simple beauty, straight stems, their sky-facing branches, will hopefully be able to symbolize our deep-rooted, heavenly-oriented Christianity who cannot be defeated by materialism, but to can think of the next day,  of our children, of the God's created world.

A Közbirtokosságok Szövetsége idén 122 ha területet erdősített összesen 646.000 csemetét ültetve el.
