The Agriculture and Food Production Business program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to apply essential economic, marketing, communications, and management principles involved in the sale and supply of agricultural (plant/animal) products across the agricultural industry spectrum.
The Automation and Robotics Technology program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to work in numerous industry settings and sizes where manufacturing automation is rapidly becoming the daily norm. This program is designed for students who are interested in automated systems technology, robotics maintenance, robotics development, and intelligent automation.
The Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to demonstrate technical knowledge of bumper-to-bumper maintenance and light repairs in the critical areas of engine systems, automatic transmission/transaxle, manual drive train and axles, suspension & steering, brakes, electrical, and heating & air conditioning.
The Culinary Arts program is designed to provide students with advanced level professional chef and related cooking skills and techniques for restaurants and other commercial food establishments. Students will learn advanced techniques in culinary skills, as well as kitchen management and restaurant management and business principles.
The Digital Design program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to use industry-standard software to create multimedia projects, web pages, three-dimensional models, and animations. Students will also acquire project management and entrepreneurship knowledge and skills to support independent and small business operations.
The Film and Media Production program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to obtain an entry-level career in the industry and/or pursue advanced learning at the collegiate level. Students will learn the skills necessary for jobs within the industry (commercial studios, production companies, and television), including production, direction, artistry and set design, camera operation, script editing and supervision, etc.
The Food Systems program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills pertaining to plant and animal structural anatomy, systems physiology, genetics and biotechnology, economics of production, and other management approaches associated with plant and animal production. Advanced courses explore personalized student learning capitalizing on food production, entrepreneurship, and continued integration of academic, technical, and employability knowledge and skills.
The Marketing Management program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to conceive, plan, and launch marketing campaigns aligned with a business' goals, goods, and consumers - across industries, business structures, and domestic/ international. Acquired skills will include the use of data analytics to drive marketing decision-making.
The Nursing Services program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter into a postsecondary nursing program, leading to an RN license or advanced level credentials in nursing or as a physician.
The Residential and Commercial Construction program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to sustain a career in all phases of structural construction - from project start to finish.
