In this module, we explored the intricate relationship between space and human experience. We examined how our surroundings shape our perceptions and interactions, influencing everything from our emotions to our behavior. We visited the railway station and observed the various spaces that captured our attention. By sketching these areas, we focused on their unique features and how they influenced our experience. Using these insights, we developed prosthetics that responded to the spatial dynamics we encountered. This process allowed us to understand and experience the space firsthand.
The intricate designs of the bridges caught my attention. I began sketching the interwined bridges which slowly took a form of a labyrinth. Further into this, for the performance, I used chairs and a table to the different levels of bridges. It gave an essence of the varying heights and depths. This illustrated the connection and separation the bridges represent.
