My Work Experience

I was working under Accounts department, wherein day to day affairs with respect to the different branches of the restaurants requirements were been looked after.

In my account internship I was involved with answering emails and organizing responsibilities of accounts,I prepared weekly charts to determine the weekly transactions that are conducted and tracking those transactions.

I had to report to the one person after the task was completed and submit the files or mail them to the person in charge.I created Powerpoint Presentations to present to the client to report the weekly transactions and track those transactions.

The daily affairs were as follows:

1. Food, Vegetable procurement and its payments.

2. Repairs to interiors, which may include Chairs, tables, Electrical appliances etc.

3. Cash flow, Credit collection, verification and tallying the same with the person in charge at the

specific Branch of the Restaurant.

4. Staff salaries, Rental payments license fees 

I kept track of the office cash flow, daily payments and generated weekly summary report with graphics(Charts) to examine the data.
