Argumentative Question

A part of the site holds the complete plastic waste collection, segregation, and transportation facility by BMC. This facility is one of the total 9 such facilities within the BMC corporation. While the space facilitates an important infrastructure to the city, it misses on providing basic livable conditions for the people working and living there. It is observed that students from across age groups and fields also visit this site to learn about the plastic segregation processes.

All these conditions evolved into asking what can be the architecture of systemic processes and what can be the spatiality that allows for work, live and co- learning space to coexist while also making it accessible for the city at large?
