Hi! I’m Sarah Kaye, and welcome to Dance at Torrey Pines High School!

Dance has been one of the greatest passions of my life. Before becoming a teacher, I performed professionally as a dancer and choreographer throughout California. Today, I have the privilege of sharing that passion with students every day.

I believe dance is so much more than learning steps or performing on stage. It teaches creativity, confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork, and self-expression. My classroom is a place where students are encouraged to challenge themselves, support one another, take creative risks, and discover their own unique voice through movement.

Whether you’re stepping into a dance studio for the very first time or have been dancing for years, you belong here. My goal is for every student to feel seen, valued, and inspired while growing both as a dancer and as a person.
