First things first:
Get 8-10 hours of sleep a night
Eat healthy food. Keep junk food and sugar to a minimum
Get outside for fresh air, exercise, or a workout
Keep stress low

Know that you are safe because your staying inside and protecting yourself
Personally when I'm stressed I first work to find the source of stress. A lot of times it feels like a lot of little things and they become overwhelming, I compartmentalize and realize what’s most important and what I can drop to prioritize others. Being able to recognize things that cause you stress allows you to expect it in the future and prepare yourself better.
Put on music and dance
Go cloud watching
Swing on a swing set
Go through your closet and donate clothes
Sing a motivational song out loud to yourself
Unplug from all electronics for an hour
Burn a scented candle
Dress up in your favorite clothes
Soak up the sun for 15 minutes
