Peer Assistance Listeners (PALs) is a group of sixteen juniors and seniors who have gone through extensive training to be ready to help the students in any way they can. They meet with students on-one-one on any teen topic. Their training includes communication skills, active listening, and info on every relevant teen topic.
We put together this website full of personal insights and thoughts from each current PAL. Please also check out the information presentations. In the meantime, follow us on Instagram sda_pals. You can also email your counselor directly.
PALs Program Advisor: SDA Counselor Samantha DeFoney (samantha.defoney@sduhsd.net)
