Sometimes life is challenging and we feel stressed. When this happens, we need to take steps to become aware of how we are feeling and to manage it.
SDUHSD wants you to know that your feelings are valid. It is an essential life skill to develop self awareness and self management.
This Virtual Calm Room space was created to serve as a break, and to help you find new ways to manage emotions and build your resilience. These resources will hopefully bring you calmness and reset your mind and body when it gets stressful.
