SDUHSD Support & Wellness Resources - for non-emergency support during school hours, contact your school counselor. Outside of school hours, the below resources are available to everyone.

Free 24/7 support at your fingertips. A live, trained Crisis counselor receives the text and responds, all from their secure online platform. The volunteer Crisis Counselor will help you move from a hot moment to a cool moment.

Access and Crisis Line ADA Accessible

Free confidential crisis intervention hotline for anyone struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, loss, or anger, family members or friends concerned about someone, and people thinking about harming themselves or others. No eligibility requirements.

Services include support in all languages,, referrals for mental health and/or alcohol and drug needs, and referrals to other related resource including for Medi-cal recipients and people without insurance.For those affected by COVID-19, emotional support is offered through this hotline.

SDUHSD partners with Care Solace, a free online resource with a live 24X7 concierge line with multiple languates to assist individuals in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services.
