The FEARLESS Program
The FEARLESS Program is a 4-week self-help guide for OCD. In the "learning phase" of the program you will you will read text and watch videos that explain obsessive fears and offer guidance on how to alleviate them. In the "doing phase" of the program, you will be guided on how to carry out daily exposures for your symptoms.
Who is FEARLESS for?
Research has shown that odd, even disturbing, obsessive thoughts pop into all our minds on a regular basis; in fact, obsessive anxiety and compulsive behaviors lie on a continuum, from non-clinical experience on one end to diagnosable Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) on the other. As such, we hope that our program will be beneficial to everyone, regardless of where on the continuum their concerns lie.
How to Get Started
