Service Providers are a big part of the missions and values of San Diego Regional Center. Service Providers are businesses that provide service to individual served in the counties of San Diego and Imperial. Below are common services with their associated Resource Coordinator. SDRC's Community Services encourages you to do the following:
Keep in contact with your Resource Coordinator (via email)
Attend roundtable/s that are associated with the service/s you provide.
Attend Vendor Advocacy Committee (lead by Wendy Forkas)

What to Know: A vendor roundtable for day programs is a meeting/discussion session that brings together the targeted audience of day programs and look-alike programs. The purpose of the roundtable is to discuss new directives from the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), provide updates from the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC), and offer trainings on specific topics relevant to day program service providers. Attending the roundtable is important for staying informed about the latest updates and being able to ask questions. In addition to representatives from business services and a representative of client services also attend the roundtable. This allows for a comprehensive discussion and exchange of information between different departments.

What to Know: The Behavior services roundtable is targeted towards all of those who provide behavior services for Early Start and over 3 services, including ABA, Behavior Consultation, and Psychological services. We use this time to go over any DDS Directives, updates to service implementation, SDRC changes, and any other important information. It is important to attend if possible to receive the updated information and answer any ongoing questions.
