Based on teacher feedback, an Adapted Integrated Benchmark Reading & Writing Pacing Guide was developed with the support of the Principal Writing Task Force as an optional path for the 2026–2027 school year.
The reading unit plans remain the same, with only minor adjustments to the pacing order to better align with writing units. If you choose to follow this integrated option, please follow the unit order on this [Literacy Plan Link].
