Teachers: End of Year Spending info and dates
Per business office:
All POs and orders to "outside companies" meaning places other than Walmart, Amazon, or local businesses must be sent in for us to approve and order by April 21st (think Lakeshore so on).
If you are using a Walmart card or needing me to place an Amazon order, it must be done by May 15th. After that time, we will not be able to do reimbursements or order from Walmart, Sam's, Amazon, or local companies.
Please do not wait for the last minute to order. End of Year will be here before you know it.
Sometimes different things pop up that you may need to reach out to the support squad for help! We have different referrals for different things. Click here to view the landing page for the different referrals (you should have received a QR code in campus mail that takes you to this page).
Support Squad Referral: for behaviors. If there is a student that you want to put on our radar use this form. We meet weekly to discuss these referrals and what interventions are in place and discuss progress/setbacks.
Counselor Referral: this is for students that do not have other mental health services that need a check in every now and then. This is for students that have had a hotline that may need to talk to the counselor because of something going on at home. This is for students that are displaying sexual behaviors. This is for students that just need a little 1:1 time to work on some specific skills (if the instructional facilitators are working with a student and see that this would also be beneficial for a student they are also able to put in a referral for this). These referrals are also shared with the social worker, as she is also able to do counseling related duties.
Social Worker Referral: this is for students/families/staff needing clothing/food/resources. Our social worker can also assist with counselor referrals and pull students that need extra support. Outside schools will choose "ECC" for school so the referral goes to Morgan.
School Nurse Referral: this is to be used when a child is sick or injured. Outside schools will choose your building on the form.
Threat of harm to self/others: If a student is self-harming or making threats to harm others please call Morgan or Gina immediately to see is a risk assessment is needed. Do not wait until the end of the day!
Instruction/Teaching support: email instructional facilitators (Cissell/Land) for support
Arisa (mental health): send to Gina @ ECC
