Mr. William MacBeth

Mr MacBeth began his teaching career at McCracken Middle School in 2002 after working in higher education and marketing. He graduated from Culver-Stockton College in Canton Missouri in 1985, earning a B.A. in Science ~ taking a few art classes along the way to satisfy his creative self. When he decided to become a teacher, he had the opportunity to study art at Elmira College in Elmira, New York, earning professional certificates in education and art. "Mr Mac" chose Chicago over New York City to be near friends and family, and is thrilled to be a member of our outstanding Skokie 73.5 community.

Mr Mac enjoys sketching, painting, and working with students of all ages to help them develop their skills and creative ideas. His hobbies include music and sports - he enjoys playing trombone and banjo, bicycling, coaching youth sports, and general physical fitness. Mr Mac lives in Chicago with his wife Lorelei, son Wilson (age 14), and daughter Clara (age 13).
