Students will be completing the course selection process in their CLE classes during the month of February.

A parent & student presentation about this process will be held on Monday February 12th at 6pm. If you are unable to attend, you can read the slides which will be posted below after the meeting.

Course Selection Timeline:

February 2024

Students:

•  learn about the Grad Program including courses that are required to graduate

• learn about the courses offered at WSS and complete a course request form in their CLE class (step 1)

• review the course request form with their families

• students enter their course request forms into the computer system (MyEdBC)

March-May 2024

School administration will build a timetable using the student course requests.  This process takes 8 weeks or more.  

June 2024

School timetable is finalized and students receive their personal timetables for next year based on requests and availability.   Priority given to graduating students first.  Students then receive their timetables for next year. Changes can be requested but not guaranteed.
