Summer

I had fun designing the summer spread while working with Abby's group.  Since we were focusing on what people war to the "Barbie" movie, we took the images of the subjects and cut them out and placed them in front of gradient bars. I liked the big Barbie box photo so I made that the dominant as a cutout to draw the reader in.  The subjects interacted with the main headline. With main copy, to add more contrast,  we decided to have the first several words be in all caps and in a color so people knew to start "Here" without a transparent box.  With the Denver Nuggets Parade mod, I overlapped some photos while seperating one photo from the package. I included transparent pink bars with the photos to emphasize the photos.  I included the all- coverage device at the top and bottom here to add another layer of coverage.  Each side mod also had a gradient bar lead into the coverage.
