18 Weeks - Quarter 1 & 2 

Students will create a broad range of 2D art (drawing, painting, printmaking, digital media, etc) that focuses on the elements and principles of art.Students will employ the design process as they consider how and why art is used in everyday life (i.e. graphic design, fashion, commercial art, theatrical art, etc).

18 Weeks - Quarter 3 & 4 

Students will work with clay and a range of other materials to create advanced and meaningful 3D art. Our focus will shift to exploring a variety of media, as students work to find and refine their own artistic voice.
