After five months of development and implementation of the Compassion Integrity Framework the following aspects and practices sufficed the most:
1. Professional Development (staff training and ongoing support (administration, teachers and instructional coaches) using systems thinking and systems habits; MIT simulations;
2. Training, Coaching, Modeling and shaping ATL and ATL Experiences using three lenses: Expansion, Connection, Discernment
3. Tool and Resources: Framework aspects guide for admin and teachers; simulations; shared body of knowledge and practices (our portfolio team resources); team accountability support; background materials; systems thinking etc.
