COMPASSION FRAMEWORK LINK

The Compassion Project at iLEAD schools was developed through different aspects such as: 1) Professional Development; 2) Background Guiding Systems; 3) Leading / Context/Content Experiences; 4) Data, Reflection and Progress .

For all these aspects, we used the following lenses:

The 3 lenses are:

  • Expansion – expand knowledge, skills, understanding, experiences - how can I extend this…go deeper…wider…how can I move this to a broader context…into another area – or even expand by picking up another ‘thread’ and starting to explore, etc.
  • Connection – how does this relate to other things I already know, build concepts and conceptual frameworks, sense into the system within which this is playing out and see the relations, connect across to other seemingly unrelated areas and find connections and relationships, etc.
  • Discernment – how has this given me more options and what are more nuanced/ discerning ways that I can now choose to use this, what difference does that make and how do I make decisions/ judgements how am I improving I the way I hold the possibilities, interdependencies and uncertainties and effectively make choices, etc
