To change a password for one student in a class, follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Once you're in your desired class, navigate to the Students page and click the student's name in the list.
STEP 2: In the slide-over, enter a temporary password for the student.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Be sure the temporary password is at least eight (8) characters long and meets all listed complexity requirements.
STEP 3: Click the Reset button.
On the student's next login, they'll be prompted to enter their temporary password and create a new one.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: You may want to remind the student the temporary password only works one time. (Otherwise, you might receive another panicked message!)
You can also reset passwords for multiple students, and even for an entire class! In the student list for the appropriate class, click the checkboxes next to the students whose passwords you wish to reset, then click the MANAGE SELECTED button.
To reset all students' passwords in a class, click MANAGE ALL.
