Option 1
Requires password recovery options to be set up.
Go to the SCUSD ClassLink Portal.
Click on Help, I forgot my password.
Type in your full @scusd.net email.
Click Submit.
Choose your recovery option and follow the prompts.
Enter your new password in the New password and Confirm password fields.
Click the checkmark box. You’ll be redirected to a new page that says Your password has been updated successfully.
Option 2
If you know your password and want to change it.
Go to the SCUSD ClassLink Portal.
Log in using your full @scusd.net email and password.
Click your profile photo on the top right.
Click Settings.
Click on the Recovery tab.
Click Change Password.
⚠️ Google will automatically log you out of your account on all devices. Log in to your SCUSD account using your new password.
When logging in to the portal for the first time, you will be automatically prompted to set up at least one recovery option to reset your password.
Go to the SCUSD ClassLink Portal.
Log in using your full @scusd.net email and password.
Click Set Up Recovery when the Password Recovery Set Up pop-up appears.
Choose at least one recovery method. More than one method can be set up:
Security Questions - Choose three questions. Answers need to be at least 3 characters long.
Note: You can create your own question(s) by scrolling to the bottom of the drop-down menu and selecting the Custom option.
Phone - Enter a phone number that can receive text messages.
Email - Type in an email you have access to. This email will receive a code.
Click Save.
⚠️ Click No when Google Chrome asks if you want to Save Password?
