Password Recovery & Reset

Setting up security questions. 

1. Log into your SCUSD Classlink Portal. 

2. When Password Recovery Setup pop-up appears click on Set Up Recovery.

3. Choose a recovery method:

• For Security Questions: Choose your questions. Answers need to be longer than 3 characters.

• For Phone: type in a phone number you're able to recive text messages

• For Email: type in an email you have access to

4. Click Save. 

⚠️ When Google Chrome asks to 'Save Password?' click No

Resetting your password. 

Option 1

1. Log into your SCUSD Classlink Portal. (https://launchpad.classlink.com/santaclara)

2. Click on your profile photo on the top right.

3. Click on 'Settings'

4. Click on the 'Recovery' tab

5. Click on 'Change Password'

Option 2

1. At the login page for the SCUSD Classlink Portal. (https://launchpad.classlink.com/santaclara)

2. Click on 'Help, I forgot my password'.

3. Type in your username/email.

4. Choose your recovery option.

5. Reset your password.
