Password Recovery & Reset

Setting up security questions

1. Log into your SCUSD Classlink Portal. 

2. When the Password Recovery Setup pop-up appears, click on Set Up Recovery.

3. Choose a recovery method:

• Security Questions - Choose your questions. Answers need to be longer than 3 characters.

• Phone - Type in a phone number that is able to recive text messages.

• Email - Type in an email you have access to.

4. Click Save. 

⚠️ When Google Chrome asks to Save Password? click No.

Resetting your password

Option 1

1. Log into your SCUSD Classlink Portal.

2. Click on your profile photo on the top right.

3. Click on Settings.

4. Click on the Recovery tab.

5. Click on Change Password.

Option 2

1. Go to your SCUSD Classlink Portal.

2. Click on Help, I forgot my password.

3. Type in your SCUSD username (i.e., jdoe).

4. Click Submit.

5. Choose your recovery option.

6. Reset your password.
   
   

⚠️ When Google Chrome asks to Save Password? click No.
