Sacramento City Unified School District must adhere to federal/state law, including California Ed Code on maintaining the safety and security of our students' online presence. We maintain this safety in a variety of ways.
Use of a content filtering system that blocks students from potentially harmful sites.
Require any website or program vendor to enter a data privacy agreement that ensures student data privacy.
Restricts emails to students to an approved list only.
Provide Digital Citizenship lessons to all students.
