Understand your ClassLink access! Learn how programs become available to you and what to expect during our end-of-year and start-of-year connection process.
Once a student is added to Infinite Campus, they are automatically provided a ClassLink account within 24 hours. Access to other programs, such as iReady or Amplify, is provided based on enrollment in a particular type of course/section. In order to get access, a student must be enrolled in the affiliated course (e.g., science for Amplify), and then allow 48 hours for Infinite Campus to sync to ClassLink, and then ClassLink to sync with the Instructional Program.
Here's a quick guide to what happens with your ClassLink access at the end of the school year and as the new one begins:
Early June: Your ClassLink account data "freezes" to prepare for updates. You will continue to have access to curriculum you were assigned at the end of the school year. No updates can be made.
End of July: Programs from the old school year are removed to make way for the new.
August 1: New student and staff information is sent to ClassLink.
August 2-17: Our technology partners reset their systems with the new school year's data.
