From time to time, a device may sustain some damage requiring either repair, or complete replacement. Here are the approximate repair costs for typical damages. 

However, during normal use, the expectation is that the student, with proper use and care, and using the issue protective sleeve or bag, should be able to sustain few, if any damages during normal, responsible, use of the device.

FEES FOR REPAIRS

• Total Loss / Replacement - $250

• Screen Replacement - $100

• Keyboard Full Replacement - $100

• Key missing, replacement - $15 / key

• Touchpad Replacement - $65

• Any Port / USB / HDMI, etc. - $50 / port

• Shell Damage / Cracks, scratches, etc. - $50 / incident

• Carrying Case Damage / Loss - $12

• Power Supply Cord Damage / Loss / Replacement - $5

• Power Supply Brick Damage / Loss / Replacement - $20

• Power Supply Assembly (both cord and brick) - $25

Any fees assessed for repairs will be placed on the student fee account, and must be paid immediately.
