為響應「同心抗疫 對抗新型冠狀病毒」行動，本會推出「香港童軍 — 童心抗疫」計劃，鼓勵成員時刻保持個人衞生，同時推己及人，向朋友宣傳抗疫衞生常識，發放正能量，同心抗疫。

為配合「香港童軍 — 童心抗疫」計劃之推行，我們繼續選用何中強先生於2003年為「香港衞生先鋒」設計的標誌作為是項計劃的標誌。標誌以童軍之父貝登堡爵士揀選作為童軍主保聖人的聖佐治為主要中心造形，並由身穿傳統童軍制服並手持盾牌的聖佐治、童軍徽號及Health Guard字樣組成。聖佐治為對抗邪惡，包括疫症的象徵，他右手持矛策馬面向前方，象徵童軍成員勇敢不怕難，面向前方，共同努力對抗一切的污穢、病毒與疫症；他左手手持聖佐治紅十字旗幟圖案的盾牌則呈現救傷扶危的紅十字精神。標誌的形狀為十字造形，從而強化對抗一切疫症的中心意義。至於顏色方面，以綠色為底色，象徵重新；白字及白馬則象徵了清潔及勇敢。希望藉著此標誌作為是次抗疫行動的其中一個重要支柱，與童軍成員共同努力，成功抵禦疫症。

標誌共有三款，除綠色的標誌外，設計増多了藍色和紅色標誌，以鼓勵成員於參與「香港童軍 — 童心抗疫」計劃不同階段的任務，完成後可按相關規定換取∕購買。詳情請留意稍後發出的通告。

In response to the "Fight against Novel Coronavirus" Action, Scout Association of Hong Kong has launched the “Hong Kong Scout - Health Guard” programme, in which we strongly encourage all members to maintain their personal hygiene at all times and share health protective advices with their families and friends. It is important to stay positive and safeguard our health against the spread of virus.

To facilitate the implementation of the programme, we continue to use the logo designed by Mr. HO Chung-keung for "Hong Kong Health Pioneer" in 2003 as the icon of this programme. The icon is centered on Saint George, selected by Sir Robert BADEN-POWELL, Chief Scout of the World, as the patron saint of Scouting. It composites of Saint George wearing a traditional Scout uniform and holding a shield, the Scout emblem and the word Health Guard. St. George acts as the symbol of fighting evil, including the epidemic diseases. In his right hand, St George, riding on a horse, is holding a facing forward spear which symbolizing that our Scout members have courage in all difficulties and working together to fight against all filth, viruses and epidemic diseases. In his left hand, he is holding the shield with St. George's Red Cross flag which embodying the Red Cross spirits. The icon is cross-shaped, thus strengthening the core meaning of fighting against all diseases. As for the color, green as the background colour symbolizes renewed while white letters and white horse denote cleanliness and courage. It is expected that this icon, as one of the important pillars of the programme, together with the effort of our members will successfully overcome the disease.

The icon is in triplicate, other than the green one, there are also blue and red icons. Scout members are encouraged to participate in tasks at different stages of the “Hong Kong Scout - Health Guard” programme. After completion, members can redeem or purchase it according to relevant regulations. For details, please refers to circular issued later.
