安全措施及指引

1. 成年成員在參與包含有社區接觸的認可「童心抗疫」活動時,均應配戴外科口罩。如有需要,亦可配戴眼罩以及膠手套,以加強個人保護。

2. 活動負責人在活動開始前,須安排為成年成員(包括工作人員)量度體溫,並要求其填妥活動健康申報表(附件)。如屬下列情況者,不可參與有關活動:

(1) 身體有任何不適;

(2) 活動當日前14天曾到訪中國內地;

(3) 活動當日前14天與確診新型冠狀病毒感染人士有接觸;

(4) 由韓國回港後正進行14天醫學監察;或

(5) 由香港特別行政區政府宣布從其他訂明的國家回港而仍須在進行14天醫學監察的人仕。

3. 如有關活動涉及第五類危險品(即會發出易着火蒸氣的物質,如酒精)的使用,須留意相關安全措施,有關物品的儲存及運送量亦不應超逾香港法例第295章《危險品條例》所訂明的法定豁免量20公升。

4. 其他:

(1) 在進行活動時,應盡量減少社交接觸的機會,例如握手及面談。

(2) 本會團體人身意外保險受保範圍並不包括疾病。

註:依據香港童軍總會「政策、組織及規條」規條1.3.3(g),深資童軍及樂行童軍(包括其年齡在18歲或以上)仍屬青少年成員,並非成年成員。

Recognized “Hong Kong Scout – Health Guard” projects involving community contact

Safety Measures and Guidelines

1. All adult membersi should wear a surgical mask when participating in recognized “Health Guard” projects involving community contact. They could also wear protective glasses and disposable gloves if necessary for better personal protection.

2. The person in-charge should arrange temperature checks for all adult members (including staff) before the activity starts and request all participants to fill in health declaration forms (appendix Chinese Only). Members are restricted from participating the activity under the below circumstances:

(1) Feeling sick or unwell;

(2) Has visited the mainland China in the past 14 days before the activity date;

(3) Has been in contact with confirmed cases of novel coronavirus infection in the past 14 days before the activity date;

(4) Undergoing 14 days of medical surveillance upon return from Korea; or

(5) Undergoing 14 days of medical surveillance upon return from designated countries announced by the HKSAR government.

3. If the activity involves usage of Category 5 dangerous goods (i.e. substances giving off inflammable vapour such as alcohol), relevant safety measures should be taken. The storage and shipment volume of these items should not exceed the exempt quantity of 20 litre as stated in the Dangerous Goods Ordinance (Cap 295).

4. Others:

(1) Social contact e.g. hand shaking, chatting should be reduced to minimal during the activity.

(2) The Group Personal Accident insurance of the Association do not cover disease infections.
