Friday 1st May

Hello dynamic 6th class!

A final quote for the final day of Active Week and it's an important one from Michael Jordan, one of the most talented basketball players of all time. Do you hear what he says about the times he's failed? They've made his success because he didn't give up after a failed effort, it just made him want to try again and get better. That's how he succeeded. Can you learn anything from this?

Well done to everyone who participated so well in Active Week @ Home, and a bigger well done to everyone who participated and still managed to get all their school work done too! You're the ones setting a fantastic example to the rest of the school! Keep it up!

I am really looking forward to today's google meet, hope to see you all at 1pm for an Active Week Sports quiz! Please click on https://meet.google.com/hfi-rizk-jgx or use the code hfi-rizk-jgx if accessing from a different device.

Paul Redmond is back in business, he has managed to stop Faith in her tracks and outscored her yesterday on IXL - well done to the both of them for a tough Thursday battle :) Paul, another 3 dojo point, well done!!

Have a lovely long weekend everybody, stay safe & please stay within 2km of your house. Remember you don't have to log in here on Monday as it's a Bank Holiday so if things were normal, there would be no school.

Hope you enjoy this week's Song for the Weekend! It's a song that always reminds me of Active Week @ Scoil Treasa - Click here to see what it is! Go on, and dance to it!!

Happy Weekend 6th,

Ms. Spillane
