The focus of this course is to provide participants with strategies to facilitate open communication by creating an authentic environment characterized by honesty and trust that encourages everyone to share their ideas. Participants will enhance their abilities to engage with students, parents, and colleagues in ways that encourage productive and meaningful relationships resulting in the creation of creative and innovative practices.
