Sydney Leger
I’m Sydney Leger and teach Biology along with Graphic Design and Forensic Science! This is my 10th year teaching and 5th at SCA! This will be my first year teaching at the high school level and I am very excited for the challenge! I believe in the classroom hands-on, rigorous instruction is key to success. My husband, Hunter, is in the Air Force and we have 3 children. I grew up in North Carolina, but now fondly think of South Georgia as home. In my free time I enjoy baking, gardening and spending time with my family.
Lissi Ferguson
My name is Lissi Ferguson, I am the Special Education Intervention Specialist for grades 7-9. I am an Arizona native and love doing all things outdoors--swimming, hiking, biking, and tennis. I moved to Valdosta a little over a year ago with my husband Garrett, our two year old son, GB, our two dogs and two cats. This will be my 8th year teaching and I am so elated to be back teaching middle grades! I am looking forward to building relationships and am excited to work with families to support our scholar's unique abilities.
