1. Fill out online application.
2. Email the Counseling Secretary and let them know which 2 teachers you would like to give your recommendations to. The Counseling Secretary will give the teachers their necessary recommendation forms; you do not have to.
**Important Note to Students: Students applying to Medical Health Professions must provide a letter of reference from a science teacher and School Counselor instead of the two (2) teacher recommendations.
3. Complete the application essay. Be sure to type your responses and send it to the Counseling Secretary). Your application will not be considered complete until the essay is turned in.
4. Complete the BCTC Admissions Agreement with your parent/guardian. Submit the BCTC Admissions Agreement, with your essay and teacher recommendations to the counseling secretary.
**Please remember to inform the Counseling Secretary of your 2 teachers for recommendations, and complete your application essay and admissions agreement. Your application will not be reviewed until all documents are received.**

BCTC's Career Center is governed by a Joint Operating Committee comprised of school directors from each of the 16 sponsoring school districts. With campuses located in Leesport and Oley, they are conveniently located to serve our students.

Over 400 business and industry advisers review and update the school’s educational program annually. The BCTC experience provides students with a blend of classroom theory, technical applications in state-of-the-art laboratories, and actual off-campus work-based experiences. Students learn technical skills and earn nationally-recognized industry certifications. They apply reading, writing, mathematics, science, communications, and technology in a way that has personal meaning and career relevance.
