The Office of Student Pathways' goal for SY 2026–27 is to help schools move from initial platform use to high-impact implementation. Throughout the school year, our office will offer virtual and in-person professional learning (implementation training) focused on helping schools:
Integrate Overgrad or Xello into their college and career planning program
Design advising experiences that promote meaningful student engagement
Build schoolwide systems for implementation and continuous improvement
Use platform data to monitor progress and inform advising practices
Scale implementation across grades and staff teams
Overgrad & Xello (Technical Training)
Overgrad and Xello will offer monthly virtual trainings focused on building your technical knowledge of the platform. These sessions will help educators:
Navigate platform features and workflows
Configure and manage school accounts
Learn best practices for using platform tools
Prepare staff and students to use the platform effectively
