Overgrad and Xello are student-centered platforms where students can engage in postsecondary exploration and planning. These platforms support students in their college and career planning journey through activities that allow them to:

• • • explore careers, strengths, interests, and postsecondary options;

    • develop goals, personalized plans, resumes, and portfolios;

    • access career, college, financial aid, and labor market information;

    • document work-based learning and other unpaid career-connected experiences;

    • communicate with advisors and participate in school-sponsored college and career events;

    • manage the college application process through Common App integration. Requires activation and planning. Last day to activate Common App integration is Jul 15, 2026. 

    • share their progress with their parent/guardian
