School Device Request
For matriculated students only
We are now taking appointments for school devices for students who do not have access to technology at home. Please note that only a parent/guardian can sign out the technology. To schedule a device pick up, call the main office at (929) 362-3300.
Parents of 6th graders:
Ensure that any computers were returned to your previous school. (Example: PS129 graduates must return their computers to PS129)
Parents of 8th graders:
You must return any technology before June. If you do not return your device, you will not be able to borrow your high school's technology and the device will be locked.
Please see the following information on who should return devices:
Students who will remain in the school may hold onto school devices for the summer.
Any student changing schools within the DOE or leaving the DOE for any reason must return the school-owned device that was loaned to them. This includes students going from elementary to middle school and middle to high school.
If you are planning to leave the New York City Department of Education (for example, charter schools, private schools, or any school out of New York City)you must return the device as any unreturned devices will be locked making them unusable.
