By June, 2026, literacy for All Students will improve, as measured by a 5% increase in meeting or exceeding grade level on the i-Ready diagnostic by strategically implementing explicit instructions using the HMH Curriculum, particularly in vocabulary development, close reading and written responses during ELA instruction.

By June 2026, we will achieve a 10% increase in student-to-student relationships, as measured by the District 25 student SEL survey, through increased implementation of Restorative Circles during weekly advisory periods with a targeted focus on fostering kindness and building positive, supportive learning environments for students and staff.
All students have a high quality academic experience
By June 2026, the percentage of all students performing at or above grade level in math will increase by 5%, as measured by the i-Ready Math Diagnostic, through the implementation of the Amplify Desmos Curriculum with a focus on strengthening student discourse to deepen understanding and improve mathematical proficiency.

By June 2026, we will increase parent and family engagement through expanded access to school-based workshops, events, and initiatives that foster strong home-school connections. Our goal is to increase participation in parent engagement activities to 10% of the school enrollment (student population) as measured by event attendance records —ensuring a more inclusive and welcoming environment that supports family involvement and encourages continued enrollment in NYC Public Schools.
Chronic Absenteeism
By June, 2026, the Percentage of Chronically Absent Students for All Students will decrease by 15%, as measured by the New Visions Chronic Absenteeism Reports.
Quality Individualized Education Program (IEP)
By June, 2026, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for Students with Disabilities (SWD), we will improve the development of IEPs across present level of performance (PLOP), goals, and recommended programs and services by ensuring parent/family voice is integrated with a 50% Increase, from 25% to 75%, as measured by SESIS Reports.
