Culturally Responsive Sustaining Education (CRSE)[1], Instructional Leadership Framework (ILF)[2] ,  Social-Emotional Learning [3] and Multi Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)


Our ENL program also integrates Culturally Responsive Sustaining Education (CRSE) principles and the Instructional Leadership Framework (ILF) as well as  Social-Emotional (SEL) and Multi Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) [4]. These frameworks and principles guide our instruction to ensure it is inclusive, equitable, and responsive to the diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences of our students. We emphasize critical thinking, debate, and advanced literacy skills across disciplines, promoting a more inclusive and globally-minded perspective.


Through the synergy of these frameworks, and principles; we provide a holistic, data-driven approach to instruction that fosters academic success and social-emotional growth. Research-based strategies and scaffolding techniques are utilized to ensure that every student is given the support they need to succeed.
