Traditional quadrobics is one of the two focuses of quadrobics. It included more natural movements, designed for efficiency, safety, and adaptability. It is usually taught to all students first, before they learn recreational skills. Traditional quadrobics has more techniques and a more 'crude' form, which can be good for open feild sports such as hunting, agility coursing, and cross country.

Recreational quadrobics is called such because the skills are not required to do quadrobics, since the form is more 'refined' and controlled, focusing in showy, consistent movements. It has a lot more skills and teachings, and includes itself in all levels higher than 4. Two fields that are dedicated to Rec are Diving and dance, but it is also most useful in show gaiting or dressage, and show jumping.

Mermaid Convention, Silver Spring Maryland
Our company is one of the first to host and sponsor quadrobics competitions, with the first public comps planning to take place in fall 2025.
WM hosts competitions year round, with our most well known sports being agility coursing and cross country. We host events ranging between school competitions, online events, formal competitions, and record holdings. Our events are known for being the most community friendly, with emphasis on our den meets, open-house meets, around the clock service, and professionals that are at the ready to help anyone and everyone.
Some common traits of our events include food and drink, usually as a potluck style buffet or for-purchase snack items. We also prefer to have a medic present, and a translator for international events, or by request. Our events are usually open to the public or by invitation.
