During any future competitions, Judges will be needed for the scoring of each athlete's performance, and requires you to judge based on time, form, accuracy and precision. Judges will also need to calculate final scores including DP adjustments and accommodations.
Volunteer judges will be briefed before the competition on how to judge properly and correctly, and how to calculate for score adjustments based on the 50-point scoring system.

General understanding of quadrobics and quadrobics systems
No familial or friendly connection to any competing athletes
Understanding of the competition's sport(s) and how they're scored

For future competitions or copaw training, copaws will be tasked with leading athletes through courses, giving demonstrations of the competition grounds or teaching other copaws during classes. Copaws will need to assist with Trailing & Trust demonstrations in classes as well as performing Copaw tasks and related duties for athletic events.
Volunteer Copaws will be offered Copaw training as well as basic quadrobics lessons in order to qualify for the Copaw role. Quadrobics lessons will not be required to volunteers for teaching assistant roles, however basic knowledge and ability in quadrobics is required for anyone who wishes to volunteer for events.
Requirements:
General Understanding of Copaw duties, tasks and relations
Cannot be a judge for the competing round that the athlete(s) are in
Cannot be a teacher of multiple students within the competition
Cannot be a trainer or mentor of multiple athletes within the competition
Cannot be a fellow athlete within the same competition as the competing athlete.

Work for this role can range from heavy lifting and equipment building, to transporting items and people, to cooking, cleaning, arranging courses, computer work, and managing paperwork. It'll be more hands-on work and doesn't usually require any prior briefing. A lot of work for this role prior to events may take place online and not in person, and meetings are either consistent to the few weekends before a scheduled or planned event, or will take place every weekend so long as help is needed.

Each videographer will be assigned a track or course to film for each round of each event. Photographers will have free reign over the venue to take pictures as they wish. Near the end of the event or competition the photographers and videographers will be directed to focus on the judges and athletes as scores are announced and awards are given out.
Each photographer and videographer will be responsible for submitting any photos and footage to the event host within 30 days after the competition unless complications arise. You will have the option to edit any photos or footage as you'd like, so long as all the raw footage and photos are submitted beforehand.

Proctors for SAF and AAF do mostly online work including video calls with applying athletes, printing, verifying, and shipping/mailing student certificates and paperwork. Work may include printing and filing as well. SAF proctoring takes 30 - 60 minutes on average per session, AAF proctoring can take up to 90 minutes per session if DPs are distributed.

Cannot participate in any athlete’s competition or applying event as a competitor
Cannot be the trainer or mentor of any applying athlete
General understanding of quadrobics leveling & scoring systems

These artists will be in close communication with the company owner. This group will oversee the making and customization of athletic wear for the specific event. The degree of work that needs to be done will fluctuate depending on the number of attending athletes. Work can range through sewing, tailoring, clothes fitting, painting, dyeing, stenciling and screenprinting.

Knowledge or ability in painting or clothes making
