As of November 18th, 2025, planning has been underway to secure a venue, locally sponsored catering, athlete uniforms, and equipment. We are now accepting donations, sponsorships, volunteers, and athlete applications to make sure the event goes well. 

To help fund the event, admission payment will be required upon entrance, with press exceptions. A den meet will take place the hour beforehand, and food and drink will be free unless provided by a sponsored business. Equipment and uniforms will be sold online before the event, and in-person at the event. 

The competition's sport is cross country and will be taking place on natural terrain with few artificial obstacles including some jumps. The competition includes levels 3 and above, meaning SAF and AAF applications will be required to participate.
