APPLICATION PROCESS:

Be sure to put SCHOOLCRAFT as your program choice.  Applications will not be processed until all required documents have been received:

• Kalamazoo County Common Application for 2026/2027 school year

• Proof of Income (W-2 or 2 most recent pay stubs)

• Legal copy of child’s birth certificate (does not need to be the original)

• Proof of Residency

• Health Appraisal (completed by parent/guardian & physician)

• Up-to-date immunization record
