When you're in the yellow zone, you might feel distracted, frustrated, anxious, or worried.
Here are some clues your body might be showing you:
You might be acting silly
You might not be working, even if you should be
You might be refusing to work
Here are some tools you can use when you are in the yellow zone, to help get you into the green zone:
Take a long break (set a timer for one minute for each year of your age!)
Take deep breaths
Take a walk
Get a drink of cold water
Clean up/organize your learning space (you'd be surprised how much this can help reset your mind!)
