When you are in the blue zone, you may be feeling sad, tired, or bored.
Your body may be giving you these clues: You are moving slowly, you feel like you just need to lie down, you feel like you may be getting sick.
When you're in the blue zone, here are some strategies to use to help you get into the green:
Exercise
Go outside for some fresh air
Take deep breaths
Read a book
Focus on happy/positive thoughts
Get a drink of cold water
