If you are competent, no recommendation is necessary. If you are not competent, then no recommendation will be entertained.

Once we received your application form, if you are shotlisted to the next round, you will receive an email initimating you the time/date of your interview.
Stage 1: Demo round of interview - you will be given a lesson to teach, and you will be observed
Stage 2: Supervisor interview
Stage 3: Principal Interview or Management Interview
If you clear all the stages you will be made an Offer.
You will need to revert with your decision on the Offer within 3 working days along with all your original certificates + one photocopy set of the following:
Your resume,
Original Certificates for verification
Professional reference letter from a previous employer, or if you are a fresher from the principal or Head of Department of your college
Character certificate from a doctor or lawyer or a public officer.
