PREPARE FOR YOUR FAIR

Recruit your team

Find volunteers to set up, promote, and host your Fair. Consider asking:

  • In-school staff for setup, cashiering, and recommending books

  • At-home volunteers for preparing decorations and promoting the Fair by word-of-mouth or social media

  • A student crew for decorating and promotions


Promote eWallet

  • Find out everything you need to know about digital payments that let kids shop without cash in the eWallet informational video

  • Share your Book Fair homepage for access to eWallet

  • Promote eWallet using social media and share this video with parents


Prepare decorations

Host a Fair with flair! Decorate your venue with printable artwork or use DIY décor to personalize your Fair.

  • Enjoy the tabletop runners and character standee shipped with your Fair. They're yours to keep!

  • Use some of our fun emojis and stickers to decorate your Fair

  • Encourage kids and art classes to create decorations
