PREPARE FOR YOUR FAIR
Make the most of your Kick-Off Kit
When your Kick-Off Kit arrives (two weeks before your Fair):
Hang the included posters and banner in your hallways
Distribute booklists to classrooms and your school library to get everyone excited about this season's new books
Present teachers with an invitation to your Teacher Preview (see below) and $5 off $20 teacher certificates

Choose a date and invite teachers to a Book Fair Preview

Invite kids to give back with All for Books™
Raise awareness about All for Books, the giving program that turns donations from your Fair into books for children in need:
Start a loose change drive
Host a raffle or contest to benefit All for Books
Announce that shoppers can round up purchases for All for Books at the Fair register (see instructions here)
Choose a recipient for donations, such as students who couldn't participate in your Fair, an underserved school in your community, or a nonprofit focused on children's literacy
Reach parents with online announcements
